I live on top of one of a multitude of hills in NW Missouri. Looking north, this is how it often looks after a warm, nightly rainfall. Sometimes the fog even appears during a rainfall. It’s interesting to drive in, especially at night.
Your country road is so beautiful! it reminds me of driving “down” the backroads in Montana where I grew up. Love it!
cheers.

Thanks. Glad you like it. Backroads are where I live in Missouri. Pretty much all of Missouri are backroads.
Great entry for the theme Down, great work Cris 🙂
Thanks, Jake. I appreciate that.
perfect for this week’s theme!
Thank you, Nelson. I appreciate your following my blog.
Thank you, Nelson.
Lovely picture – I like the long road (even though it looks pretty muddy! Rather like here!) that might lead anywhere or nowhere in the mist.
Thanks, Lorely (I assume).
It does get pretty muddy out here after and during a rain and snow melt, especially my driveway, which doesn’t have embedded gravel like this road you see. There’s a lot of roads like this out here. And a lot of hills. Thanks for dropping by and commenting.
Wow! That is quite the foggy road. It looks steep too. Excellent. 🙂
Yes, it’s pretty steep. Sometimes it’s rather hard to get up if it happens to be snowing.
